Built to be used with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a phone
The whole service is a few forms, a list of matches and some emails. Each is built to WCAG 2.2 level AA, and checked against it.
What that means here
- Every page has one heading structure, a main landmark and, once you are signed in, a link to skip the navigation.
- Every form control has a visible label; hints and errors are read with the control they belong to; nothing times out.
- Text and the edges of controls meet the contrast minimums, and nothing is meant by colour alone.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring, and nothing moves or refreshes under you.
- Light and dark are both designed, and the toggle in the footer remembers your choice.
- Our emails are plain tables with no images, so they read the same in any client and in plain text.
- The score behind each match is a number in text; the bar beside it is decoration.
Known limits
Job postings are shown as the employer wrote them, so their structure is theirs. The CV upload accepts PDF and DOCX only. If anything here is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it or find another way for you.
Asking for an adjustment
To ask for an adjustment or report a problem, email hello@rolerelief.ai. A person answers. Anything we cannot fix in the product we will do by hand for you.
